By reading Wild N Fuzzy Manes Rabbitry policy and terms you have acknowledged you agree before contacting me to place a deposit or buy a bunny from me.
 

Please understand that a cute fluffy bunny will grow into a bigger fluffy rabbit. This is a commitment that takes work, time and dedication for the life of the rabbit between 7-10 years.

• At Wild N Fuzzy Manes Rabbitry, I retain the first right of refusal to anyone who may not be a good candidate to purchase one of my bunnies. 

• No sale will be made to a minor. If you are under the age of 18, please have your parent or legal guardian contact me about purchasing a bunny. A signed consent will be required.

• A 50% deposit is mandatory to reserve your bunny. Payment of the remainder will be due upon pick up. A receipt of purchase will be provided upon pick up.

• If you decide to cancel a sale, your 50% non-refundable deposit will not be refunded as it was given to hold that bunny. The deposit is reserving your bunny and not available for anyone else to purchase.

• When the bunny has been purchased and leaves the rabbitry there
  will be NO REFUNDS or replacements given.

• I will hold your reserved/purchased bunny for 1 week. If a deposit only has been made and a longer arrangement is needed, I will arrange that with you upon request.

• All Bunnies will be photographed and posted for reservation by 6 weeks and will stay at the rabbitry until 10 weeks. If there is any change that occurs, you will be notified at the earliest convenience.

• Under NO circumstances will I sell a bunny that appears to be sick or have any health issues. I will do an overall health screening with you before you leave. This will ensure that both parties have agreed that the bunny has no sign of defect or deficiency.

1. We will check the anatomy for confirming gender to the best of my ability. Gender can be tricky if there are anomalies. There is always a chance for error.
2. Check Teeth for proper occlusion.
3. Check ears inside of ears.
4. Check each paw and all nails.
5. Final Weigh in.

• I will provide a dose of Panacur Oral Gel Dewormer for Rabbits. I do this for all my herd, and I will provide this service before any bunny leaves the rabbitry. This service is included in the purchase fee.

• If the bunny unexpectedly gets sick or dies while in my care, then a full refund can be made or the deposit can be applied to another rabbit, which ever you would prefer.

• Wild N Fuzzy Manes Rabbitry will not be held responsible if the bunny becomes sick or dies while in your care. I am not able to control what the bunny is exposed to outside of the rabbitry.

• Wild N Fuzzy Manes Rabbitry is not responsible at any time for ANY vet or medical bills for your bunny once it leaves the rabbitry.  Any bunny can become stressed in the wrong situations and get ill.   

• There is No guarantee on a show animal’s ability of show/breed performance. 

• Pedigrees are sold with bunnies who are of pedigreed quality and to recognized ARBA Certified Only breeders.

• An email will be required to mail the pedigree report to you within 48 hours.

• Prices vary depending on breed/type/sex/color/quality.   

• If for ANY reason you cannot keep or take care of your bunny
  anymore, I ask that you please bring it back to the rabbitry.

• No refunds will be given, but I will make sure the bunny is properly re-homed.  

• This keeps our furry friends out of shelters. Please don’t set loose into the wild. These are domestic bunnies and will not survive.

• If you are buying as a pet, you will not be sold two of the opposite sex bunnies to be housed in the same house. 

• If you're purchasing a pet only bunny, IT IS NOT meant to be bred.

• All the bunnies at Wild N Fuzzy Manes Rabbitry are purebred and pedigreed, I do not sell or breed mixes.  

• I breed clean Tort lines and soon I will be adding a VM line for those that like fun color and markings.

• A signed copy of the Policy Acknowledgment will be provided for both parties.

• Lastly a picture of you and your furry friend can be taken and an adoption certificate will be offered to you for your new pet.
